1.3.1 Warnings and suspensions are handled case-by-case by the Admin team
1.3.2 Multiple warnings may result in match suspensions
1.3.3 Repeated offenses will result in escalating punishments
1.4 Eligibility
1.4.1 All players must complete payments before being eligible for matches
1.4.2 Players that are suspended or banned cannot play in official matches
1.5 Reporting a player
1.5.1 Create a ticket in the Discord if you want to report someone for cheating or behavioral reasons
1.5.2 Only report players for reasons associated with the MGE.tf servers or Discord
2. Demos
2.1 Every player (main, substitue or ringer) must record and submit demos in Match Comms for every match

https://whitelist.tf/17946
3.2 Team Composition
3.2.1 Team composition: 1 Scout, 1 Soldier, 1 Demo per team. No duplicate classes allowed
3.2.2 If a team plays 3 scores while breaking the team composition in 1 game, the other team may receive a forfeit win for that game
3.2.3 Note: A "match" refers to the entire Best of 5 series, while a "game" refers to a single round within that series

3.3.2 Default match times:

- Premier: Saturday 21:00 CET
3.3.3 Matches must be played within the Tuesday of the week of the default time

3.5 Ringers
3.5.1 Ringers are temporary replacements for absent players
3.5.2 Default ringers must be announced in Match Comms and need to meet the requirements listed under 3.5.3 Default ringers. Any other form of ringer needs to be approved by the opposing team
3.5.3 Default ringers:
- Players from same division and of comparable skill
- Players from lower divisions and of comparable skill
- Players not in a 2v2 team will need to be approved by the opposing team
3.5.4 The same ringer may play a maximum of 3 official matches for the same team
3.5.5 If a ringer has not paid the signup fee, the division signup fee of the team they are ringing for will be deducted from any earnings that team receives
3.6 Request a FF
3.6.1 Teams may request a forfeit win if:
- Opposing team doesn't show up within 15 minutes of scheduled match time and you can prove you made significant effort to get ahold of the other team (via discord, steam etc)
- Opposing team breaks team composition rules
- Opposing team uses an unapproved ringer
3.6.2 Process to request FF: Contact your league admin in the Discord
3.6.3 False FF requests may result in warnings or penalties. Requesting a 'FF Win' is not a way to sneakily get a win
3.7 Reschedule
3.7.1 Default matches are on Saturdays. You may reschedule, but all matches must be played by the Tuesday of that week
3.7.2 Given the small team size, teams are expected to be accommodating with scheduling requests. Forfeits due to scheduling conflicts should be a last resort after reasonable attempts at rescheduling
4. Servers
4.1 MGE.tf Servers
4.1.1 MGE.tf will provide servers for all official matches
4.1.2 Server connection information will be available in the #match-servers Discord channel
4.2 Server Configuration
4.2.1 All servers must run the following settings:
- Standard competitive configuration
- 16x version of the arena map
- Class limits as specified in section 3.2
4.2 Server Rental
4.2.1 If needed, teams may also rent their own servers from https://serveme.tf for matches
4.2.2 When renting a server:
- Use the '2v2mge' config on serveme.tf
- Select the 16x version of the week's arena (e.g., 'mge_16badlands' for Week 1)
- Post the connect information in #match-servers Discord channel
- Default location should be Germany, but can be adjusted based on team locations
4.3 Server Selection
4.4.1 Teams should select server locations that provide the best average ping for all players
4.4.2 Both teams must agree if using a location other than Germany
5. Prize Distribution
5.1 Prize Allocation
5.1.1 Prize distribution is based on the percentage of matches played by each player during the season
5.1.2 Example distribution:
- If two players played every match: 50% each
- If participation was: Player A (50% of matches), Player B (45% of matches), Substitute (5% of matches), the prize distribution would follow these same percentages
